Our Services

Fundamental Employment Skills Development Program

A one of a kind skills development program offering paid workplace training and employment.

Specialised Vehicle Restraint Solutions and Child Restraint Installations (Vehicle
Transportation)

Access for Success Australia has partnered with TidyRiders to provide our community with a unique service that promotes best practice education, and safe used of child restraints and vehicle travel solutions. Keeping passengers safe while travelling in the car can be a challenge, and we’re here to help you through that process. From installations and restraint cleaning, to finding solutions to combat challenging behaviours that prevent safe travel. Access 4 Success Australia and TidyRiders promote and encourage “best practice” over legal minimum standards where possible and believe in “education today for a safer tomorrow”.

Support Coordination

The role of a Support Coordinator is to ensure a participant understands their NDIS plan and is supported to implement the supports as funded by your plan. They will help interpret your plan and ensure you understand the supports you have access to. Ongoing support coordination will ensure you don’t miss small changes made to your plan, and make referrals to accessible services that are of interest.

Early Childhood Intervention Supports

Early intervention gives your child the support they need to develop the necessary skills to grow and flourish as they progress through childhood. Access 4 Success Australia’s Early Childhood Education and Development specialist is available to provide a range of opportunities and supports to nurture your Childs learning progression, and provide referrals to specialist therapies that will benefit your child.

Individualised Home-Based Support

Some supports need to be delivered 1:1 in the home. Access 4 Success Australia can help match you with understanding support workers who will provide 1:1 support in your home environment. We work with you to determine a support needs plan, enabling your supports to better understand the areas you require assistance, and how they can best serve you to work towards your personal development goals as set out in your NDIS plan.

Skills Development and Capacity Building Supports

Access 4 Success Australia offers a range of skills development opportunities that enable you to unlock new potential. We believe in supporting all individuals to learn the skill necessary to live as independently as possible. We will work with you to develop an individualised skills building framework, and pair you with the appropriate supports to learn the desired skills.

Community Engagement and Recreational Participation

Access 4 Success Australia offers both 1:1 community engagement, and group recreational participation for participants of varied ages and differing disabilities. These supports promote social participation and skills development, engagement within the community, and minimising the risks of social isolation.

Before and After School Care Program

As a parent or carer, fitting in the school drop off and pick up around your own work and lifestyle commitments can be a challenge. Access for Success Australia offers a structured before and after school care program that take the pressure off you needing to alter or reduce your work requirements to accommodate school timings. Our program offers both outdoor and in house activities to provide an engaging and educational experience for you child, whilst allowing for adequate down time needed at the end of each day. Activities run on a rotational schedule.

School Holiday Programs

Our school holiday programs provide a wonderful opportunity for children to engage with other school aged children while participating in an exciting line-up of fun, age appropriate activities and experiences with the community. We aim to group children according to age and developmental stage as best we can, to ensure each child is able to get the most out of the program and are attending activities that are suited to their age, maturity, social abilities and sensory needs. Groups are kept small to provide the best possible experience, and to create an ideal environment to promote social skills development. Children are accompanied by our enthusiastic team of Support Workers who will prioritise your child’s safety, wellbeing and overall experience.
